Ten blissful minutes later, though, her stomach stages a mutiny—sharp cramps doubling her over. Enter Dr. Patel, wielding a stethoscope like a wizard’s wand, and Nurse Jules, whose clipboard might as well be a comedy prop. “Uh-oh,” Dr. Patel deadpans, “someone’s dessert engine *definitely* overloaded.” Nurse Jules fake-gasps, brandishing a thermometer shaped like a lollipop. “Code Red: Sugar Emergency!
