Get that tent up before nightfall, then immediately start fortifying your perimeter. Walls aren’t optional; one gap in those wooden barriers and those flesh-hungry cannibals will turn you into dinner. When they come sniffing around—and they *will*—you’ve got options. Outrun them through the undergrowth, or make them regret picking a fight with a well-timed axe swing to the skull. Scour the forest floor for rocks, strip bushes clean, stockpile timber like your life depends on it—because it does. No fire? You’ll freeze by midnight or attract worse things than cannibals. Keep that fire roaring through the freezing nights. Spot orange caps poking through the moss? Gobble those mushrooms fast when your vision starts blurring and your legs buckle—it’s that or bleed out alone in the dirt. When you’ve fortified your camp into an impenetrable fortress, it’s time for the ultimate test: lash together a seaworthy raft and carve your escape route through the rapids. Sink or swim, survivor.
